Why Kordecki
Father Augustyn Kordecki (1603–1673) led the defence of Jasna Góra monastery against the Swedish Deluge in 1655 — one of the defining moments in Polish history. Outnumbered and outgunned, he did not yield. The siege became a turning point that changed the course of the war.
We chose this name because it captures what we do: we stand beside our clients when the pressure is highest. Not through size or spectacle, but through preparation, precision, and refusal to concede ground without cause.

Philosophy

We accept matters where our expertise genuinely changes the outcome — and stand by our clients to the end. We do not take on engagements where our preparation cannot reasonably affect the result. We say so when we are not the right firm.

KORDECKI & Partners operates in Poland as an independent law firm within the partner-office network — present in seven jurisdictions (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Portugal, Poland).
For cross-border matters, international arbitration and asset protection abroad, partner-office teams are engaged alongside the Polish lead partner. For each matter we assemble the optimal team: local advocates and attorneys-at-law, lawyers from partner offices, or a combined team. Composition and roles are agreed at the initial meeting and documented in the engagement letter.
