International Clients.
The default entry point for clients outside the Ukrainian, German and CIS desks — including US, UK, French, Dutch, Israeli, Asian and Nordic clients. English-language partnership coordination across all practices and 30 jurisdictions.
What this desk does
International Clients is the desk for non-Polish clients who do not fit one of the three language-specific desks. It is led by Managing Partner Andrzej Kordecki and assembles a tailored team for each engagement.
Common engagements: US PE funds acquiring Polish targets (FDI screening, transaction structuring); UK-headquartered tech companies establishing Polish subsidiaries; Israeli defence and cybersecurity firms entering the EU market through Polish vehicles; Nordic logistics and retail expanding into Polish warehousing.
Coordination with foreign counsel is built into every engagement. For matters in our priority partner jurisdictions, we deploy network lawyers directly. For other jurisdictions, we work with a curated panel of partner firms — relationships maintained since 2009.
