Where lawyers matter.

We are a boutique firm growing deliberately. Four partners. Five analyst-authors. Eight practices. We hire when a specific matter creates the need — not to fill a recruiting funnel.

Who we look for

Direct. You give the answer first, then explain. You do not hide behind jargon.

Specific. You quote article numbers, dates, and PLN amounts — not 'as appropriate' and 'in due course'.

Human. You write for the owner-operator client. You stay on the phone when the call is hard.

We do not hire for credentials alone — but Polish bar admission (adwokat or radca prawny) is non-negotiable for advisory roles. Analyst-Author roles require fluent legal English and a portfolio of published or publishable work.
