Ukrainian Desk.
First consultation in Ukrainian or Russian. Olga Adamczyk and Daria Kovalenko coordinate matters for Ukrainian founders, executives and HNWI in Poland — incorporation, work permits, tax structuring, M&A, real estate, succession.
What this desk does
The Ukrainian Desk serves three primary client profiles: tech founders relocating their teams to Poland, mid-market Ukrainian business owners diversifying assets out of conflict-risk zones, and HNWI families structuring succession through Polish vehicles (fundacja rodzinna, sp. z o.o. holdings).
Our partners on the desk — Olga Adamczyk and Daria Kovalenko — combine Ukrainian and Polish legal qualifications. Daria is registered with the Warsaw Bar (ORA) as a foreign lawyer under EU Directive 98/5/EC, with primary qualification in Ukrainian law. Both speak Ukrainian and Russian fluently.
We support the full client lifecycle: from CUKR temporary-protection guidance through company formation, banking introductions, employment policies and tax structuring, to eventual exit through M&A or family-foundation succession.
