Background
Dr Kordecki leads the firm's corporate and M&A practice. Before founding KORDECKI & Partners, he spent nine years at one of Poland's leading commercial law firms, advising on transactions ranging from EUR 5m to EUR 200m.
His practice covers share deals, asset deals, joint ventures, ESOP structuring, and UOKiK merger-control filings. He represents both founders and institutional investors — and is frequently engaged for board-level disputes and shareholder litigation.
He is a member of the ICC Poland Arbitration Committee and has authored over 60 publications on corporate governance and shareholder disputes. He earned his PhD in commercial law, with a thesis on Art. 299 KSH liability mechanics.
