Jakub Górski

Jakub is the firm's analyst-author for IP, technology, AI Act, and data-protection matters. He drafts the firm's research on the new EU regulatory stack — AI Act, DORA, NIS2, MiCA — and runs the implementation roadmaps for clients.

His advisory practice covers AI Act conformity assessments (high-risk classification under Annex III), DORA ICT risk frameworks and third-party registers, GDPR audits and breach response, trademark prosecution (UPRP, EUIPO), and SaaS contract drafting.

He combines deep regulatory familiarity with practical implementation experience — having advised SaaS vendors, fintechs and AI startups on go-to-market readiness under the new EU framework.
