Katarzyna Janowska

Katarzyna leads the firm's tax practice and is the principal author of KSeF and Polski Ład content. She spent nine years in the tax department of a Big Four firm before joining KORDECKI & Partners.

Her practice spans CIT/PIT/VAT advisory, KSeF onboarding, JPK_CIT, Pillar Two, IP Box, transfer pricing, KAS audits, and tax-court litigation (WSA/NSA). She combines two regulated titles — Radca prawny and Doradca podatkowy — giving her full bench across tax advisory and litigation.

She has structured eight family foundations (fundacja rodzinna) since the Act entered into force in May 2023. She speaks regularly at conferences on KSeF technical implementation and IP Box documentation discipline.
